First of all, you’re going to want to create a website. Now, if you are running an online business, you may already have this in place, or be working on one. Even if you’re an offline business, you still need a website. That way, you can direct customers to your physical store or service, ensure that they have information about you, and encourage more sales.

The next online necessity for you is a bunch of social profiles. You may not personally like social media, you may not believe that this has anything to do with business, but it does. And if you ignore the key social platforms and being active on them, you’re going to miss out on a huge chunk of custom. So make sure that you have a social presence on places like Facebook and Instagram, along with other platforms relevant to your business, and start engaging with your audience.

3. Operational Support

Next, you’re going to want to think about what technology can do for your operations. No matter what your business may do, or the industry that you’re in, you’ll want your execution to run smoothly.
